Originally released on CD by Normal Mail Order (Germany) as the twenty-first installment of their "Return to Sender" series, the release brings together six live tracks, four self-recorded improv pieces, and a solo piece by each of the band's five members. Also released on vinyl in Italy by Fruit Tree in 2000.

Live tracks recorded 12/7/1994 at Komotion International, San Francisco, and produced by Jeff Mann and TFUL282 in 1995.
